Joyce brought a bag full of goodies for the baby including the outfit Rob came home from the hospital in. Note the little blue number on Joyce's lap.
She also made the baby a quilt, all by hand, with free hand stitched animals in everysquare. Apparently she sewed until her fingers bled. I love it.
She also brought all of Rob's old matchbox cars. It was all he cared about despite the pile of baby clothes we received to his left.
At the end of their first evening here we drove out to Salt Air. Joyce has always wanted to see the lake up close. We warned her about that special smell, but we did get some great pictures at sunset.
